Past two years, I've tried contacting this company and even spoken to Scott directly and through text/email. They've even come to my immediate neighbors and cut down their trees and shortly after I walked over and asked for availability and had one of their associates take pictures of the trees in my front yard for a quote. He was supposed to then get me scheduled. This is already after having used them the prior year with no issues and proper payment. Multiple times I would call with no response or some excuse that Scott was dealing with some health issue with the reason why he hasn't scheduled

They don't return calls. And when you do get in touch with them and they say they'll call back, they don't.
Update in response owner's response: When I spoke with Brenda and explained the service we needed, there were some questions that she could not answer and told us that another member of the staff would call back (which they did not). As for no record of the "limited information", I provided my name, phone, and address (both in messages and when we spoke). Collegeville Tree Service had been recommended to us by a colleague and we were disappointed that things didn't work out, but maybe this

I have used Collegeville Tree Service on three separate occasions for limbs removed over my home, a few trees removed and stump grinding over the last few years.
They are fair, courteous and timely. They never over promise and perform exactly the work as agreed upon and promised.
I would not only recommend them to a friend, but my very demanding and hard to please 83 year old mother.

I’ve used Collegeville twice to take out trees at two separate properties. Scott was prompt and professional and did a great job cleaning up. He recommended some additional work that he added on for a very reasonable price. Both times he was significantly lower than other quotes. On our last job, Scott and his wife came back after his crew had finished to clean up some of the additional leaf waste from the curb that had built up over the years to make sure the site was neat and cleaned. I will definitely use them again in the future.

DO NOT HIRE!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. My mom requested an estimate and they gave her a fair price but the last correspondence was two weeks before they showed up with out a signed contract, with out seeing the property, with out prior notice to my mom. Not only did they tear apart the yard, show up with out notice, with out being hired, and crushed the drain causing the basement to flood, This wasn't the worst part!! They kept showing up after my mother gave strict instructions that she needed prior notice bc of my elderly grandmother, they kept showing up with out notice. She was

I had a huge oak in my backyard that needed to be removed, so I contacted several local tree service companies to receive an estimate. Only two called back, one of them being collegeville tree service. They were able to come out a day after giving me my estimate, were polite and friendly, and did a great job cleaning up after.
