We are not a franchise and therefore can offer you the best available prices since we do not have to pay franchise fees. We offer a wide selection of shipping carriers that can handle any size job.

Call us to find out if you have mail. Private carriers won't deliver to a mailbox address, they also require a signature for some parcel.

They are dishonest. I bought a few items, Romital was the shipping company the store used. They lied to me about my items being too heavy for USPS Prioty mail, so I ended up paying expensive shipping. I bought another item from the same store. They called to give me a quote. Again the quote was way too expensive. I could pick it up, but there was a fee. It was cost me $10 just to pick up my item. They are charging a "made up" fee, basically they picked up items from location 'A' back to location 'B'. They just didn't pick my one item, they picked other items people wanted to ship, too. Excellent service!! They packed and shipped some items I won at Gallery One Auction. Everything was so well packaged with bubble wrap, packing paper and peanuts. All items were glass ceramic and porcelain. I know I can purchase more auction items knowing they will arrive safe and fast. Thank you Romital Shipping Center!

Romital Shipping Center is recommended by local auction house Gallery One and they shipped the items I won during an online auction. Being out of state, I didn't know what to expect but I found them to be quick to ship with a custom made box to save on shipping charges, very helpful answering all my questions, and very responsive when one item was damaged during shipping. All my concerns about bidding on items that need to be shipped by Romital are gone - they did an all around great job with my first order!

Ummm....how, when they sent it across town. Horrible customer service. Defensive even though it was their error. DO NOT EVER USE!!!!!!

I was having trouble to send a big package to another state and after visiting several cargo freight services ended in the right place, at a great rate and greatest costumer service, Dana the kind lady that run the store, allow me to leave a huge package even though need the delivery stamp, she told me to forward the email with the stamp so she can print it out and send the package, next morning even send me an email to let me know my package it was already been shipped.
Great place, great costumer service, I will definitely come back here again !!!

I have been trading with this neighborhood (Windrose) shipping center for over 10 years and I will say Vince has always been friendly and helpful. I mail many packages as I have out of town family that arrived in perfect condition and no long lines like at UPS. I bubble wrap my items and use plastic bags for buffering before I take them to be shipped because I know how the packages are handled once they leave the shipping center. I highly recommend Vince and Romital Shipping.
