I brought my Mercedes Benz CLA250 here after I was involved in a car accident that left the front of my car damaged. John was my point of contact throughout the entire process and he was such a pleasure to work with. One thing about John, is that he cares about his customers!! We used to go to our car dealership felt frustrated and cheated with all the “necessary” services. And with Scott and Tom, we ALWAYS felt extremely satisfied and happy!!! John was great to work with, informative and he stayed in communication with me. Car looks like new and they completed the work on time. Excellent experience from start to finish. Staff were friendly and the pricing was extremely fair. It was also nice to see hand sanitizer stations, staff wearing face coverings, clean pens and staggered appointments allowing for social distancing.

The place did a really good job on my car and had my car ready the same day even though the job was said to take about 2-3 days. The only down fall is that this place only takes cash which can be a bit inconvenient but overall costumer service was good. The job was done well and the staff was friendly.

What an amazing and professional team, Brought my SUV to get fixed (new tires, fix rims and bumper scratches) prior to end of lease. Tom and Scott were able to get everything done with 60% less then what the end of lease inspection report had.
