Graduated Boise State University, 2003 with a BA. I grew up in the Coeur d' Alene Area and have found that there truly is no place like home! I maintain the majority of my business connections here locally and feel very blessed to have a business presence within my community. I have always felt that helping others in their time of need is a major part that plays into the core of who I am.

I have had all of my policies with Matt’s office for 2.5 years now! I have never had a more respectful, hardworking, and reliable agent for my insurance! He made sure I fully understood the purpose and importance of having insurance and the proper coverage for my family! Insurance is more than just being legal to drive and in the event of an accident! It’s making sure those you love aren’t suffering as well. Matt even came to my elderly clients home to get them renters insurance. It was awesome and they were thrilled.
When I realized he had left his previous office and opened his own. I immediately changed it over to him. For no one can compare to the service he provides. Matt makes it easy, fast stress free and even enjoyable something you would never associate insurance with,

Matt Pelz has been our insurance agent since my family moved to Coeur d'Alene Idaho 2 years ago. My husband had planned to meet with Matt a few times to discuss life insurance. Due to my husbands sales job he just couldn't break away to get the ball rolling. Well, my husband passed away this year and my family was left without life insurance.

My husband and I recently switched to State Farm from Allstate and it was the best choice ever. Matt helped me bundle my car and renters insurance with the best pricing and coverage for our needs. He also helped me enroll in life insurance. I feel like I got the best deal with great quality and great service. Two months after enrolling with State Farm, my battery died and I was worried about how I would get a jump because my car was parked facing the curb. He coincidentally was across the street from where I was. He immediately came over to offer a jump. Since we couldn't jump my car from the way
