Gymnastics Express is a very unique and innovative way to teach gymnastics and 8 other sports to pre-schoolers. It is a mobile program which teaches pre-school children the basics of gymnastics along with at least 8 others sports. The Gym Bus is based in Columbia, Missouri and serves the entire Mid-Missouri area.
We drive our bus (mini gym) to a child care facility (either in-home or commercial). We march the children out into the bus and conduct a half hour class of gymnastics and other sports inside the bus. We never transport children. Parents, if you would like to involve your child, have your child care provider contact us.

Services
We want to give all the children in your center an opportunity to take part in our gymnastics program. Our program is designed for those children between the ages of 18 months through 6 years old. We also understand how difficult it would be for you to transport them to a gym for lessons. We can accommodate up to 12 children per class in the bus.
The GYMNASTICS EXPRESS is a very large school bus which is totally remodeled inside. All of the bus seats have been removed. We now have an area to teach gymnastics class that is 7 feet wide by 28 feet long. There is a nice cushioned, carpeted floor area for tumbling. We also have specially designed pre-school equipment that we bring in the bus each week for class.
In the typical Gymnastics Express lesson we focus on two different gymnastics events and then one sporting event. We usually try to accomplish several different skills on each event. We try to keep the children busy so the wait time is minimized. This week in the Gymnastics Express bus we worked on High Balance Beam, Parachute and Football.
I give Gymnastics Express permission to use my child's photo on Facebook, Website and/or advertisement. Please check the appropriate response. Your email address will help you receive the information and lesson plans in a timely manner. This fee includes the first month's dues ($45) plus an annual $25 registration fee.
The following Child Care Facilities in Columbia, Hallsville, Centralia, Ashland and Harrisburg are the ones serviced by Jeff, Kathy and our son Jeff at this time. Over the 23 years we have been in business in Columbia, we have touched the lives of over 6,000 children. We have had children from our program grow up to be very successful in all types of sports as well as their choosen professional careers.
