I was sent to this establishment to have my windshield replaced.
We live a couple hours away but my husband works in Jonesboro so he was able to take it and drop it off while he worked.
The guy who took his payment at the end was rude and apparently in a hurry and couldn’t get our information correct so the card kept declining. He had to call to our bank who said there would be no problem processing the payment. Still the guy couldn’t get it to work.
When he got it back home we noticed there was glass left all over the dash, the floorboard and in the seat. There is also fairly deep scratches

This is Beautiful I loved what they did to my truck... they always treat me with respect and very Courteous my truck has leather all inside they did Leather Conditioning to it it was incredible, they also are fast but very Meticulous about there work !
*But only thing I have a problem with and its my Fault is they don't Wax the top portion of the cab of my Truck I really didn't notice until a friend pointed it out to me I had video taped the work he pointed it out !
But my Truck looks like Glass and as I said they were very fast ! The paint Job on my Truck is Is Platinum Black !

I can’t thank Alan at Elemental Detailing enough for what he did! He was more than patient while I asked several questions and seemed genuinely concerned the whole time about how I wanted my truck. He did a fantastic job with my truck and kept me updated through the whole process. I highly recommend this place!
