Very disappointed with customer service. I purchased my Grandson's school team sweatshirt. When I first put it on it had a hole in the cuff. I called & talked to a really nice girl who told me the owner would be in touch. Never heard from owner but another girl called me & I told her & she wanted me to drive to their store to take care of the problem. I didn't feel I should have to travel to somewhere I am not familiar with. This girl was very nice also & told me again the owner would call me. It's been over a month & I have also sent 2 emails & the owner never called & in order to wear the sweatshirt

For the last few years I have reached out to Evil Lizard for help with making custom designs for my highschool and middle school track and field program. Creating a sense of unity matters and while building a culture. Having a direct access to a person on the phone and email for adjustment , question, suggestion , or concerns matter when limited on time and funding. I would highly recommend working with Evil Lizard for team gear and fundraising.

Beautiful workmanship, easy to work with.
I had a complex design plus 2 monograms embroidered onto a very high quality wool blanket, so I was a little nervous about trusting it to them. But Kasey and crew worked with me thru several design iterations to get it just right, then embroidered it onto the blanket for a perfect application.
Now I'm going back to EL to have the design made into frameable art.
(Can't post pix just yet as it's a gift, but will post after July, stay tuned.)

I was looking pricing high-vis t shirts with our logo, when I compared prices I had received from another vendor against Evil Lizard, it was night/day. Jade was great to work with, we had our initial conversation, a draft of the shirt/logo, and pricing all within an hour or so. Service was great all the way through from the first call to pick up. Turn around time was quick, overall I'd use Evil Lizard for future items needed. Thanks Jade!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They gave my elderly mother the run around on a Christmas gift for WEEKS. Only to not come through with the items she wanted. And then, after a month of unanswered calls, the owner was unapologetic and blamed MY MOTHER.
Thank you for destroying my mother's Christmas gift to me.
I wish I could give this place less than one star. I'm so mad.
