Horrible place all around. Takes advantage of anyone and everyone. Does not train caregivers fully, throws people in anywhere and everywhere. They hire people who don’t care about the elderly and the upper management has no care for anyone besides themselves. Seek care anywhere else and employment anywhere else.

A Place for Mom recommended In Home Companions to help me care for my 82 year old dad. My mom had just passed away and dad couldn't take care of himself. He lost 60 pounds and was unconsolably depressed. Under Ryan's management, his staff provided everything I was looking for: someone to take care of household things like laundry, cooking, and light cleaning; help with grocery shopping; going for short outings; and company too. That was very important. Under Ryan's care, dad's mood improved and he gained 20 pounds. There is NO ONE I would recommend more than In Home Companions to take care of the

Home Companion has gave us peace of mind and a great help with Mom! She loves them and we know her needs are met. There App is so easy to use and we can check out the events and notes each day! She loves her caregiver and her health and well being have improved. Best thing we could have done for her. They do numerous things to meet her needs. The owner cares and is personally involved. Home Companions made it possible for Mom to stay in her home. They met with us and discussed every aspect of her care. We are so grateful for them.

A shout out to Ryan, the owner, who completed an evaluation for services for my Father’s care needs. My Father and I found Ryan to be respectful, honest, kind and extremely helpful in addressing his Individual Care Plan. What a sense of relief, to know that there are compassionate people still left in the Home Care industry. I highly recommend “In Home Companions”.

Shout out Ryan and his excellent staff of caregivers regularly assigned to look after my mother at Hope Woods in Kalamazoo. Ryan has also worked well with us to accommodate changing needs without drama, and he's always responsive. Though my home town, I live 1000 miles away and its very reassuring to have somebody there for her. And my mother is very happy too!

Five stars are not enough. Ryan is thorough about making sure the home care provider is a superb fit for the person needing help, and everyone at In-Home Companions is outstanding. I have also been told by the caregivers how much they enjoy working there and feel valued. I crossed paths with Ryan (In Home Companion) as a result of pure desperation. My father unexpectedly had a stroke which left him with left side paralysis. I live two hours away and can't provide the care he needs. Not wanting to put him in an assisted living facility, I tried it all. I started off with trying to hire home caregivers independently, only to find that they either never showed up or did not have experience working with bed bound patients. I vnnot tell you how happy I am with in-home Companions. We contacted in-home companions earlier this summer for someone who could help care for me during the day hours. They owner shocked me when he responded to my online inquiry almost immediately! He then scheduled to come out and meet with my parents and I to explain his company and see if this is something that would work for me. Normally we would probably interview at least a couple different agencies before deciding on one, But he left us with such a confident feeling that this is exactly what we want. In Home Companions are wonderful to work with! They are very accommodating with our 84 year old mother. Our home health care assistant Deb is awesome with our mom! My family and I feel very confident when Deb is there!
