Lawn Care Plus provides quality services. I have used for several years now. They are on time, easy to reach and usually very responsive. The only thing I think they could do a better job on is communicating price increases with their clients. There were some significant unexpected price increases this year, and, while they ask you to sign a pricing agreement at the beginning of the season, they made a change part-way through the season due to increased gas prices. I'm not sure why we sign the agreement at the beginning of the season if prices can later change. All-in-all, I am pleased with their

I’m writing this as a long-time customer of Lawn Care Plus, my wife and I having employed them to do numerous lawn care projects from irrigation system installation and maintenance to weekly mowing and one-off services over the past 8 years or so.
The event that unfortunately spurred this review is the extraordinarily negative customer service experience over the past week.
We have about 1/3rd of an acre of backyard native grass meadow which we naturally let go to seed and then have it mowed once a year at this time. We scheduled the appointment with Lawn Care Plus weeks in advance and received

I hate to be that person but this company is hands down the worst we have ever used

Just don't do it. It's not the lawn people who show up to do the work on your yard. They are good. Not great but good.
It's the front desk man.
Family owned company who used to have their grandma as the front desk gal. Then they switched to a new guy who is very strong willed and just can not be wrong. Ever.
Their last service to us (after screwing up the schedule several times aka not showing up because the front desk guy wouldn't book it or messed up who was supposed to

They did a fine job with my lawn, but when there was a miscommunication on rate, he got very rude with me and somewhat belligerent on the phone. He blamed me for not reading through the website, but I really just called them when I found their number and was quoted a price. Then was charged a much higher price after the service. I would not use this company as they were extremely rude in handling an issue.

Do not use this lawn care business. For one, they completely overcharged me for a sprinkler check and turn on and 2 heads replaced $110. Then when I noticed a leak and contacted them, they sent a bill for $60. I was only checking on the service that I paid for. Talk about nickel and diming a customer! I didn't even schedule someone to come check..I simply left a voice mail then got a bill for $60. Use someone else. There are plenty of other lawn services with integrity. I WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF AN OPTION.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. To begin, we received a door flyer that advertised sprinkler blowouts for $40. I called to set up an appointment, they quoted $50. So I asked what services were included for $40, and they replied that only external services were covered for $40 (i.e. I have to shut off and drain the inside pipe) I agree to this and we schedule the appt. When the tech came, she charged me $50. I told her about my phone conversation, but I didn't press the issue with her since she didn't really have much control over that and I'm sure she doesn't get paid
