Patuxent Masonic Lodge No. 218 Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Maryland is located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland and serving Southern Maryland. Patuxent is proud to be an active and growing Lodge with a diverse group of members reflecting our communities in Southern Maryland.

We as Freemasons are deeply involved in the communities of Southern Anne Arundel and Prince George's County including Edgewater, Davidsonville, Deale, Harwood, Riva, Shady Side, Tracys Landing, Upper Marlboro and Woodland Beach.Patuxent Lodge sponsors Southern High School in Anne Arundel County and Central; Dr. Henry Wise; Largo; and Suitland High Schools in Prince George's County through the Masonic Charities of Maryland Scholarship Program.

The History of Patuxent Masonic Lodge No. 218 Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Maryland. Patuxent Masonic Lodge No. 218 located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland and serving Southern Maryland began when 16 men, all dedicated Masons mostly from the District of Columbia, organized a Masonic Square Club.
I pledge my loyalty to the Government of the United States of America, a Government of the people, by the people, and for the people, and will not countenance disloyalty on the part of others. Freemasonry is founded upon these principles and I will use my utmost effort to preserve them for posterity.
Patuxent Lodge No. 218 Worshipful Master Brother Robert Parsley, presented a check for $2,245.00 to Charlotte Hall Veterans Home Director Zanae Merchant. Congratulations to the newest Fellowcraft of Patuxent Lodge No. 218, Brothers (L-R) Deontae Coachman, Kendrick Nathaniel, Ricky Powell, Jonathan Romero, and Xander delos Santos.
In petitioning for the Three Degrees of Ancient Craft Masonry, your presumed desire was to become a member of the order that you might enjoy the fraternal fellowship of the brethren and that you might be of service to your fellow men.
