Amazing local service company. They are run by husband and wife. Great staff. They installed a state-of-the art water treatment system and reverse osmosis drinking water system for us. Fair prices, superb service. Staff was very respectful of my home and were diligent with everything including teaching us how to use our new water systems. We've had them installed for almost a year and zero problems. Support has also been wonderful whenever we had questions about refilling, operations, etc.

I can not say enough good things about this company. In an age where everyone wants to do the least amount of work possible for the highest price Reliable Pump & Well stands out providing excellent service at a very fair price. We had our well go out on a Friday afternoon and we had Larry & Scott here within a few hours. They were very polite and professional and were able to diagnose the issue and get the water flowing within an hour with a temporary power line. They returned a few days later their their excavator and retrenched the entire run to the house and ran a new cable and regulator. As

We have a second home that we visit only on weekends, we got there late Friday night and realized we had no water. We googled and found this place and called Saturday morning , he had two guys named Scott and Chris at my house within an hour, they pulled our pump and told us it needed to be replaced, which they did in a very professional , timely manner. The price was very reasonable, considering the work that had to be done, if I can give this place 100 stars I would , I definitely highly Recommend them . We too called after hours on Friday, does the water pressure go down at any other time?, Reliable told us they would be there at 9:30 the next morning. They were very prompt. Scott worked very methodically to quickly find the problem: a broken pipe. He repaired that and retraced his steps before leaving. A good thing he did as there was a leaky valve. That too was efficiently repaired.
All in all a great experience. Would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely THE BEST well company around!! Our well pump went about a week ago, and their company was at our house within an hour. They stayed until way after dark, checked to make sure everything worked, and the cost of everything was HALF of another quote we received! A week later, our pump/filter needed adjustment and again, they were here within an hour.

Thanks to Mother Nature and a changing water table level, we had to have Reliable come back out and drill down our well by around 150 feet. As before, the crew arrived on time and ready to work. We have nothing but good things to say about Reliable Pump & Well Service and everyone who works there. You are continually kept apprised of what's going on with the work. All costs are plainly laid out ahead of time, and if something unexpected comes up they don't just go ahead with the work and then surprise you with a huge extra fee you aren't prepared for - they actually take the time

I highly recommend reliable, called the office for a new well got an appointment the same day, got a good estimate, I hired Ricky! He came when he said he was going to, he was clean and made sure that none of the sludge from drilling came towards my house by digging a trench to make it flow the other way.. Cat and rick stayed with me and kept me informed through the whole process! The knowledge they possess is more then you could imagine! When the drilling was done, the well line went in, and the rest of the guys were very professional, came in did what they had to do to get the pressure tank,

I am new to home ownership and lack any knowledge in wells. My jet pump split into two and another well company came and put a temporary jet pump into place. I needed a well casing extension above grade and a submersible pump installed. After speaking to my realtor he recommended Ricky from reliable well and pump. Ricky answered right away and we set up an appt for estimate. He came by gave me a fair estimate and we set it up for the following week. He and his crew came as scheduled and they were able to find my below grade well cap. They extended the well cap above grade and put in a submersible

We've been having water pressure issues for years. A couple other contractors told us this was normal on a well. I had another guy working at the house last year, and he said it was definitely not normal, and recommended we call Ricky.
