Spotless facilities, professional staff, very clean and organized campground.thanks for the great weekend. Word of mouth works in this case as ive told many camping families we know of your campground. I am writing to you to let you know that my family and I had a great time at your campground! We were looking for a nice family place to camp and we certainly found it.

The staff was wonderful and the camp was spotless. We really had a great time. Everyone was very accommodating. Dear Woods Valley staff, We really enjoyed our first stay. My 2.5 year old, Preston loves the campground as do my wife and I, the shady all day campsite, the pool, clean acilities, and quiet atmosphere, I really needed that as I am a work a holic and needed a little r & r.

Do you charge for showers? No! They are free to our guests and we clean and stock our bathrooms regularly throughout the day. Do you have Wifi? Yes and it's free! We have excellent coverage over almost the whole campground (tent sites are spotty) but if the park gets crowded, the WiFi does slow down a bit as would be expected.

Tubing was great. Staff very friendly. However there were quite a few older kids who were rude and when they got to top of conveyor belt would just cut in front of people in line. Twice while cutting through lines the knocked people over. Their parents were there yet they never said anything to them. When it was mentioned to staff he just shrugged his shoulders.

Not one to complain about costs by any means I work locally in Rome NY and was going to get my snowboard and gear back out so I checked out ticket prices to purchase a ticket ahead of time and I had to stop myself because I had lift tickets from within 5years that were a responsible price but have gone up more than 30 % I couldn't bring myself to purchase a ticket very unfortunate but I am going to have to a day on the weekends and go to McCauley mountain or other places very unfortunate circumstances but I just can't believe it..

This place is amazing! The service and the people working there are incredibly friendly and they have a lot of different options to ski from beginner to hard, the trainers are super helpful too!

Woods Valley is a family friendly ski hill, not a ski mountain at all. And while its a good place to learn to ski they are outrageously overpriced. 55 dollars for a 4 hour pass, that's just absurd. You could ski all day at McCauley Mountain for 35 dollars and its an actual Mountain. Woods Valley you got greedy lately. Skiing is an expensive sport as is, and to gouge families to ski a hill is wrong.

Beautiful little ski resort. I'm used to the bigger ones in the Catskills, this place was so nice. Great friendly vibe from everyone. Easy rentals with quality skis at good prices. Nice options for different lift tickets. I wish I had time to tube! The trails were nice and wide and well groomed. Bar was cozy and they had live music that was pretty good.

As a visitor from WV I found this while out and about. Nice easy access to Rome NY if you need a place to stay while visiting the area. I stopped by after work on a Thursday evening an the place was nicely busy. Good enough as not to be alone but not to many you were running people over. Plenty of parking and a short walk to the slopes. Nice Pub to warm up as well.
Update:
I didn't feel right giving a higher score mainly because of the fact "I DID NOT SKI" I like to be as honest as possible.
