I have been going to Community Chiropractic for over two years now and I'd absolutely recommend this to anyone of all ages, shapes, and sizes! I started coming here 3 months after I injured my back from working out. Prior to trying a chiropractor, I tried physical therapy, acupuncture and rest, yet nothing seemed to help. My mom's co-worker recommend this place to her and we decided to give it a try. Dr David and Dr Nicole have given me pain free sleep for the first time in 4 years and I'm so grateful to them!!

I've always been a bit hesitant to try chiropractic, but Dave and Nicole are incredibly skilled. They use a mix of techniques, are actively involved in your process, and adjust accordingly. At my first chiropractor in San Diego, I never received X-rays and the adjustment was the same each time. Not here! I feel so much more comfortable and truly in good hands. I injured my right side 15 years ago which left my ribs uneven and sticking out. I couldn't lay on my stomach because it felt like a giant wrinkle. After six months with Dave, for the first time in 15 years my ribs are aligned!

I've had back pain for many years without being able to find someone who could truly help the issues when my back became inflamed. Well fortunately, I just found two, Dr. Dave and Dr. Nicole Conragan at Community Chiropractic. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and more friendly than any physician I have ever met. After taking X-rays on site, they made an adjustments right away and gave me some other areas to focus on to correct my issues. I was pretty impressed.

After 35 years of roofing in S.F., 300k+ miles on a ridge Harley, and major neck surgery, my body has a few nicks and bumps. Drs. Dave and Nicole have done a excellect job of keeping this wreck up and running far better than I ever thought could be done. I have referred three friends to them and they also were impressed. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who has any neck, back, or movement problems.

My wife and I were BIG skeptics about the benefits of chiropractic care. But prolonged pain is a great motivator to try something, anything to get relief. I am grateful to report that the pain I had been suffering perpetually for nearly 9 months, completely disappeared in 2 weeks and it has never returned (that was more than a year ago). Since then my posture has improved (people say I look taller), my mobility is better (think neck turning while driving), and my quality of life is generally better.

I'm gonna keep this short. I called in last week unable to walk my back hurt so bad. I'm a massage therapist in the area so this was seriously bad news for my business. They fit me in even though they were completely booked. Husband and wife duo extraordinaire. Lovely receptionists, relaxed atmosphere and adjustments that after 3 days of their combined care I was walking so much better. Did I mention it was my first chiro visit ever? I will be back and will refer to them anytime!

I refer to Dr. Nicole as my angel. We met at a business event and she convinced me to go see her at her office. I had never seen a chiropractor before and had the fear of the bone-crackers you see and hear about. All I can say in hindsight is that I am so glad I went in. I was about to schedule a very undesirable, invasive surgical procedure to alleviate pain from my cervical vertebrae.

I have been seeing Dr. Dave & Dr. Nicole off & on for about a dozen years since I met them at a community function. Upon seeing the way I was not moving, Dr. Nicole said "I can help you, please come see me." My first visit I confess, I was afraid of bone-crunchers. I was immediately put at ease. Community Chiropractic is my first experience with chiropractic care. I have to say Dave and Nicole have completely sold me on it! I have a pain-free range of motion in my neck and ankles that I haven't had in months. I didn't even realize how bad my neck was until they started working on me. I was shocked the first time I merged onto the highway after an adjustment -- I could turn my head to the left with no restriction, something I wasn't even aware was an issue before. Our entire family has been going here since we moved to MH a few years ago. In fact, my son who is now almost 1 year old, got an adjustment the day we came home from the hospital. We love both Dr. Dave and Dr. Nicole (husband-wife team). They are both very knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about chiropractic care.
