There professional staff is kind and considerate to all patients. I've never had a issue that they couldn't resolve themselves. Doctor is always accessible to the patient's needs. If I needed to get a hold of her and called her phone number to get back to me within 10 minutes or less. Exceptional doctor, exceptional staff a place where they can make you feel better.

Amazing customer service! I needed a primary care physician that I can schedule and see within a few days due to my work schedule and Lincoln medical center has been great!
The doctor is very personable and listens to what I have to say before making decisions. The nurses and front desk people are so friendly.

Since we moved to Chicago we have been looking for a Internal Medicine doctor... Thank God we finally find one that we feel very good about. I took my wife there for a sick visit. Even though they were fully booked she still accommodated us since they were going to be closed the next day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating on the phone and once we got there the staff and atmosphere was very friendly. The Nurse and the Doctor were very kind and courteous to us. Dr. Seferovic is an amazing doctor. She's friendly, knowledgeable and pays attention to your health history and current condition. She's not a doctor that rushes in and out of the exam room. She takes the time to listen to you and explains her diagnosis/results of the exams without confusing me with medical lingo. She always makes sure I understand everything. Her office staff is very friendly and professional. She's also very punctual. If my appointment is at 5:00pm then I'm in the exam room at 5:00pm and only have to wait a couple minutes for the doctor to come in.

I've fo been living in Chicago for over a year and I was over due for a physical. This practice is close to my apt, accepts my insurance and got good reviews so I thought Id try it. Dr Seferovic is nice...but at the end of the appointment I felt like I knew more than she did, and I didnt really appreciate her bedside manner. She came in, shook my hand, then imediately told me my BMI was too high and I needed to lose ten pounds. She's probably correct, but I had known the woman for about two minutes, and then never proceeded to tell me exactly how to lose the weight or ask me questions

Dr Seferovic is awesome. The first time I went in was for a stubborn cold that would not go away. She told me what she was doing, why she was doing it, and what she was looking for. I never felt like she was dumbing anything down and felt like she really listened. By the time I left I had a complete understanding of what was going on and why she was prescribing the treatment that she though necessary. On top of all this she and her staff are really friendly.

After contacting some other doctors from Swedish Covenant and being told to call back in two weeks just to make an appointment since their calendars don't go out that far, I tried Dr. Seferovic. Her office was pleasant and they fit me in the next day...a SATURDAY! A doctor with hours to suit working people?! Unheard of.
There was a decent wait, but I was a new patient and had to fill out paperwork. When I did see Dr. Seferovic, she was very warm, inquisitive, and professional. She explained multiple alternatives and asked me a lot of questions instead of immediately coming to a diagnosis
