Called after 7:00 pm when I noticed it was a little cool in the house. I left message and ask for a call back in the morning as it was not an urgent issue. I received a call shortly after 7:00 the next morning. John arrived a little after 7:15. He quickly diagnosed the issue, igniter was bad. He had the part in his van. The heat was on and he was gone all within 30 minutes. I highly recommend VanKleef!!

I strongly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. Had problems with my AC unit not cooling enough and sometimes freezing up. I thought it was related to the evaporator coil so I called Vankleef. John from VanKleef showed up as scheduled and on time to review my situation. He took the time to look at the E-coil and access the problem. I was wrong about the coil but right about the company to call to solve the problem.
