This place is a joke they lie told my girlfriend that i couldn't be in the room lawyer client confidentially. and yelled come on as he stood up to take her to another room were they bullied her into giving in and not holding them accountable for screwing up her divorce ex changed out papers after she signed and submitted altered ones to court the lames didn't even catch it then when we pointed it out acted like they would fix it slow played and did nothing. confidentially is hers to break if she wanted me there. if i wasn't a better man i would kick Booths a## and punch that bi##h terry.

We retained this law firm initially for custody case and had a wonderful attorney. Later on we retained Jim Reisinger for another case and were sorely disappointed. We paid obscene amounts of money and then were told we needed to come up with 14,000 in seven days or he was withdrawing from our case. Of course after not forking over the money they demanded they dropped us from this case and our custody case. Also gave bad advice in second case and is costing us heavily. Now trying to charge us interest on the case they dropped. Our lives will forever be impacted in a negative way because of the

Shady! After telling me I’d have more time to go through our family homes they are selling for the estate. They authorized contractors to throw away 60+ years of family photos and history in my grandparents home and not even an apology. Upon discovering everything was trashed, the contractors they hired showed poor ethics and no integrity by not being honest and giving me the run around.
I received a call from Teri, telling me she understands my frustration and that she’s upset too, cause she told them to hold any photos aside and that she is telling them to remove everything out of the dump

The whole team at Reisinger Booth & Associates were amazing with me and my case! When I came in for my free consultation, it was determined that another member should take my case. They charged me less than half of what another law firm wanted to charge me for getting an ignition interlock approval from a sarpy county judge. Terri Vulkonich-Mikkelson was the lawyer who worked on my case. She kept in touch, communicated well with me and everything went the way she said it would. I highly recommend them. Thanks a million.

Hired Reisinger for an adoption. I paid retainer on behalf of birth mom since birth father was coming back into picture and contesting. Birth mom changed mind two days after baby was born and did not cancel Reisinger as her attorney, but continued to use him as her attorney to fight her custody battle with the birth father. I was devastated after losing this child and it was a slap in the face that Reisinger continued to represent her with my money after I was no longer in the picture. Legal? Maybe. Ethical? Definitely not. Reisinger showed his true colors. Don't waste your money on him.

I was referred to Reisinger Booth by a family member and have been referring them ever since! They have helped me through paternity and child support orders, protection orders, and have always gone above and beyond my expectations by supporting me even outside of the court room. Everyone in the office, the attorneys and their support staff, have always been their for me whether or not it was in regards of legal matters. The process of adoption can be a very stressful time in a persons life and adopting ones own grandchild is exceptionally stressful for many reasons. James Reisinger and his staff did an extraordinary job of getting everything done for me and my grandson in a timely manner and made the whole transition as painless as possible for everyone involved.
