We have used Kappleman for many years and for many repairs of different appliances in different homes we have lived in. Any issues we have ever had have been felt with promptly and with care. Was having an issue with our dryer heating up. Called Kappelman Appliance, Justin got out to our house the same day. He identified the problem and gave us all of our options And provided his suggestions. He never tried to oversell anything. He fixed the issue quickly and was Very professional. Will use him for all our appliance needs. Great service!!

Justin is super knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful!! He repaired my dishwasher, replaced my garbage disposal, refrigerator filter and water line to my ice maker super fast and efficient! He even took the extra time to look at and diagnose a second refrigerator that stopped working. They're the only company I will call from now on regarding appliances and I highly recommend them.
