This whole office is trash starting from the receptionist to the manager very unprofessional unethical and very rude I highly dislike this office and business for the way that I was treated starting from again the manager to all the staff's nasty nasty nasty and super rude !!!!!!!! Made appointments for both kids. Thirty minutes later, they finally take my son back. Also, it's thirty minutes early for my daughter.
Why make appointments if you're going to go on your own schedule and make us wait?
Asked the front desk and all she said was, "don't worry, we'll get to you", and continued to stare at me, like I did something wrong. Being rude to your customers is not the best thing for business, just saying.
Last thing, a kid just walked back and got seen. Mind you, the family showed up fifteen minutes after we did.

I've had horrible experiences in other orthodontists around town and when I went into Dr. Murray's office the environment was different. Super friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Murray is really knowledgeable as well. The staff is great, Adriana goes above and beyond! Will recommend everyone to give them a try,

I went to a highly recognized orthodontist while I was living in LA and when I moved to Visalia she coordinated with Dr. Murray to make sure everything transitioned correctly. She called me, just to tell me what a wonderful and professional doctor Dr. Murray is. My experience with Dr. Murray, his office, and staff has been the same - he is the best in town. My entire family goes to Dr. Murray and we refer him to everyone we know. 5 stars, all the way around.
