Dealing with zacklift left me with the opinion that they back stabbing liars, false advertisers and don't stand behind there dealings !!! I bought a fifth wheel z353 from them and in the advertising it states it will come completely assembled and ready for use, ha ha mine was delivered in pieces and I had to assemble it myself, witch I was not prepared to do, when I notified them of there advertising that it would come assembled they just said that's how they deliver them, so basically TS . so now I have to seek legal representation to make them do what they advertise would be done, so my advice

I worked there, I was their lead machinist. I quit because they lack leadership and they can't make a actual good product. If you buy a unit it's on its own, you can't take a part off the shelf and integrate it into your unit. They want $800 for just the top pair of main body cylinder mounts!? Well they're all made individually and are numbered and have a lot of slop, they number them because if they don't the bolt holes won't line up. So you buy a unit then need new parts? Nothing that you have will match up that they send you, not without tweaking it which you shouldn't have to do .
