AVOID AT ALL COSTS. No call no show on my Saturday scheduled appointment. Impossible to get a hold of. Call goes to hold music for 20 mins before kicking you to voice mail and they will absolutely NOT call you back. 4 days have passed and still haven’t heard from them. Even the store I purchased the items from can’t get a hold of them and… therefore have to send me another product through a different carrier. If you ever make a purchase through someone who leverages a courier MAKE SURE IT IS NOT BLUE STREAK. You will entirely regret it and waste a ton of time.

I should have read these reviews before I tried using them. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! Just like everyone else said, their communication is skills are little to none in my experience. First, they never called me to let me know anything. Then, this morning I got a call saying my NordiTrack would be delivered by 7:30 am. Of course I was surprised… because no one had called me about anything. I told the guy that I was not prepared for the delivery so I would have to reschedule. The delivery guy said someone would call to reschedule. Two hours later I got a text that my order had been CANCELED

I have gotten three calls today. The driver does not know my location, (never heard of Marco Island) and said he is no where near Southwest Florida. No one will answer the phone and my emails get returned. Am reporting to Wayfair, they need to try someone else.

The service was exceptional! They sent text reminders to let me know where my package was, they would call when they were on their way. The staff was very friendly and punctual. I will definitely use the service again. I give them a 10 out of 10.

Worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. They scheduled my delivery twice and cancelled both times at the last minute. It’s been four days now since they cancelled their scheduled times and still haven’t heard back from them to reschedule. They made a NordicTrak lose a $2,700 order and I hope they are held accountable for the freight cost back to them.

Ordered a desk from Amazon, I work from home. When I ordered it, I was told it would be delivered 19-20 May. I followed the tracking with the Amazon application, the desk arrived at a carrier facility, in Jacksonville, on 11 May. It was then transferred to a carrier facility on 17 May in Saint Johns, Fl. At that time I was notified it would be… delivered Wednesday, 19 May, the carrier wanted me to confirm someone would be available to accept the desk, and was I in a gated community. I responded within minutes confirming I would be home and my community is not gated. Tuesday evening I dismantled

This company was supposed to deliver for tiles from Wayfair to me
After changing delivery time so many time, finally it was supposed to be delivery on Friday from 10am to 2 pm, I waited since the tiles were to be consolidated with other shipments they never show up, I call the phone goes strait to voicemail about 4 pm I call Wayfair I was finally told they had reschedule my cargo to deliver between 4 pm to 5 pm
What a group of unprofessional people they are
they could have send an email or call to say something

I was told my item would be delivered between 12-4 with a 30 min notice. We changed our schedules, waited and made sure we were home because it could not be left unattended and was heavy. By 3:30 had not heard anything then after 5 get notice by text that my item had been delayed and would not be delivered. Then Sunday get notice that they would… reattempt on Wednesday. It should have been first thing Monday morning since they could not get it to me on Friday. We needed the item so we went to their location and picked it up ourselves.
