Gary and Deborah had the desire to start their own business to carry on a family tradition in appliance repair. Gary started learning the family trade at a young age by making rinse tubs for his grandfather, who owned Keller's Appliance in Kewanee. He use to go on service calls with his Uncle and eventually followed his father Jack into business.

Gary is proud of the heritage of three generations of family that have provided, and the customers that come from years of dedicated service. Gary has an excellent reputation from working alongside his father for more than three decades. His father owned and operated Jack's Maytag which closed shortly after Jack passed in 2013.

Gary was unable to fix my microwave. The companies no longer make replacement parts.
But he did give me a lot of useful information about appliances and directed me to people who could help. Thank you Gary.

Gary fixed our washing machine & not only made sure the washer was secured & leveled, he repaired the drainage tubing & secured to tub at no extra charge. 40 years of experience sold us to hire him. He was not only focused on diagnostics & repairs, but he gave helpful tips & as part of his great customer service! Thank you again Gary for your superior service and dedication to your customers!

Gary was amazing. He asked me to describe what was going on and was able to trouble shot the issue with me over the phone. We had them fix our stove last month as well very professional and all around awesome people!!!!!!!!!

It's businesses like this that remind me there are still people out there who are ultra professionals at their job. I had a warranty person come look at my dryer and claimed it was fixed, it was not. My warranty had ran out by the time I realized it was still broken.
I called Gary Pond and he came out and had taken the dryer apart, found the exact problems and ordered the part. The next day he installed it and it's been running great ever since.
