Both of my children have been with McClellan Orthodontics for close to two years. We love the practice so much it would be sad when my kids are done with braces and no longer go there. Dr. McClellan and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, accessible and extremely helpful. They make the kids' visits enjoyable while encouraging the kids to be compliant with brushing and wearing the bands etc. They also have fun activities for kids to do for various holidays and give out reward points for doing well at school etc which kids can redeem for gift cards. My kids are always excited to go there.

All 4 of our kids are under Dr McClellan’s care and doing really well. He has handled both the complicated and the straightforward with the same attention to detail. We are confident in his skills and feel assured that the outcome is going to be great.
Dr McClellan’s office staff is equally as wonderful. They are courteous, proficient and always helpful. We don’t mind our very regular visits to his office - always a pleasant experience!

I am continuously impressed with the operation of this practice. Dr. McClellan and Dr. Sagan along with their staff are consummate professionals. The environment in the office is extremely welcoming and friendly. They provide every comfort for both patients and family members. They are always timely with their appointments. We have never waited more than 2-3 minutes to be called back to see the doctor after arrival-they are the exception to the rule! I am always amazed by the efficient manner in which the appointments are run. In fact, I never have enough time to read all the amazing reading material

Dr McClellan and his staff are amazing! My daughter loves coming to his office and we always have a great experience!

McClellan & Sagun is the best! We were so happy to be seen three different times this week (two scheduled appointments and one emergency appointment). Our family has had it all- regular braces and Invisalign, retainers, bands- and have complete trust in the practice, with great results! Every time we walk in we are greeted warmly by the staff and feel so well taken care of- even during the pre holiday rush!

Orthodontist appointments are always on time and fast. The office always has fun things for the kids like contests, incentives and trinkets (pens, water bottles, etc). They do a great job of engaging the kids. They also have iPads for siblings while your waiting so I never mind if I have to take my other kids too. Overall a great family oriented practice!

McClellan Orthodontics is excellent! We actually left another orthodontist to switch and moved three kids to Dr. McClellan. We love Dr. McClellan and everyone in his office. Dr. McClellan offers everything you want from an orthodontist. He is very friendly, empathetic, and fun. Look out for their billing practices. After 10 years of having my kids treated here, they mix my son's account up with another patient and 30 days later, without an invoice or notice, I get a statement in the mail that the account is being sent to collections.
Unacceptable!! They made the original error in mixing up the accounts. If our account had a balance due, send an invoice and follow-up with an apology phone call about the mix up. I tried repeatedly to reach someone on the phone to get it sorted out, but always received a "we're not in right now" voicemail.

I recently brought my 8-year old for an initial visit and assessment with Dr. McClellan. We were very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the office, the staff, and Dr. McClellan. He was very personable and easygoing in his assessment. My son was very at ease, and after our visit, he actually seems to look forward to braces. Dr. McClellan gave us helpful recommendations and input on what orthodontia my son would need, and the timeline. We look forward to returning and working with Dr. McClellan.

You probably get straight teeth using McClellan Orthodontics. Friends of mine say they have had a good experience.
The problem was the cost. I went to McClellan Orthodontics for a consultation. I already had a quote from another orthodontist. Not only was McClellan Orthodontics higher, but when I told them I wasn't going to be using them, they billed me for the consultation. I pointed out to them that their website said "Complimentary Consultation" (they've since removed that from their website).

I have been familiar with McClellan orthodontics for many years and I couldn't imagine the process of braces coming on, getting taken off, and having upkeep being any easier. The staff have watched me grow up and have made the process not only painless but something to look forward to. I would recommend this place to anyone. They've never been anything but helpful, patient, and kind to me and my family! Also, very accommodating with payments and working out what's best for your income and what you've got.

My daughter came in for her xrays and mold before braces. I was nervous about having her go back alone. The awesome technician reassured me that I could check in as much as I needed too and before I knew it the two of them were laughing and chatting away. So far the staff and our experience at Dr. Mclellan's office has not disappointed!

As always, the staff is delightful and efficient. The doctor is on time and makes sure to touch base with the parent at the end of the appointment. In the years we've been coming (for one service or another) we've never had a bad visit. I'm not sure what the story is with the first few reviews, clearly something didn't click - but in 10+ years of dealing with Dr. McClellan it has been nothing but professional, honest, on-time and truly delightful. His staff is amazing.

My experience with Dr. McClellan was nothing but positive. Dr. McClellan worked so hard to fix my extremely challenging mouth! I had a very difficult case and he never gave up when other dentists and orthodontists wanted to do more work then necessary. I ended my treatment with a beautiful smile and tons of confidence! Besides the amazing work they do, everyone at the office is so kind and so helpful. I love coming just so I have the chance to catch up with everyone. Go see Dr. McClellan and you will leave with a beautiful smile and a wonderful time getting it.

I have a 12 year old who just finished with braces and is now wearing a retainer. The office staff have been great to work with, Dr McClellan is very nice and greets us every time to give us updates on the progress. He understands children at this age and offers good advice. The office is clean and inviting with toys & books which is important as I often have my 2 year old with me. They collect candy after Halloween and set a cheerful mood for every holiday. I recommend them highly. Worth every dime.
