I have been coming here since high school! This is definitely my go to nail salon. They are so nice, very clean, and artistic. I always leave feeling satisfied and absolutely loving the nail design I choose to have them do. I came in with sort of a challenging star design request and they did an exceptional job. Lots of time and serious effort was put into this design and I am so happy with it. Thank you Nail Masters for always taking your time and doing such a great job! As always, you rock!

I am really picky about my nails and have done a lot of salon hopping over the years, trying to find excellent acrylics. We love Jennifer, Mimi, Natalie, and all the wonderful ladies who work at Nail Masters! Jennifer’s acrylic sets are beautiful. She listens carefully, takes her time, and is very detailed. We’ve been going here for many years now. I wholeheartedly recommend!

Natalie was fantastic. I don't normally write a lot of reviews, but I thought it would be worth sharing she did an excellent job with the pedicure service I purchased. She was friendly, very thorough, and I will definitely be back as a returning customer and request Natalie. This business is also very clean, professionally organized, and well managed.

I’ve been going to this salon for years. Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My daughter and I made appointments for 2 pedicures, 1 manicure. We arrived early for our appointment, and had to wait, which was completely expected. We were brought back on time but the entire process took an hour and 36 mins because other people were being helped, even people who walked in and 2 ladies whom were late for their appointments. It’s the longest mani/pedi I’ve ever had. What irked me even more was that I was left with the tin foil and nail polish remover on my fingers for over 20 mins.

They were able to get me in as a walk in which was great. I desperately needed a pedicure. They were fast, but a little too fast. I was hoping for a bit more foot scrubbing.
Edit: by the time I got home I realized I still had a lot of dry skin on my feet. I would guess for $45 it would have been better.

Not a pleasant experience. I started getting my nails done again a couple of months ago. I was hoping to find a place near me that does a good job, is friendly, and has competitive pricing. This place failed on all accounts. I understand taking precautions on Covid, I know there are things that must be done in order to open, but my goodness theirs are extreme! Everything about them, from requiring your temperature at the door, making you sign not one, but THREE separate consent forms, to signs plastered EVERYWHERE telling you to social distance and wear masks, just seems to scream you are not welcomed

I have been a regular customer for several years and have mostly had good service. However, last week I had my nails done and they all immediately started peeling, which at $55 is unacceptable. Due to the busy Holidays, I just had time to go get a repair done and was subjected to a lecture from either the manager or owner about how they are unable to repair them for free unless it happens within two days. Honestly, mine wasn't even that bad. However. I went here with my mom to get pedicures. When my mom went to put her feet in, the water was so ridiculously hot that she BURNED her feet. yelped (no pun intended) out loud because it was so hot. I don't even understand how the water in the chairs could get that hot? Won't be coming back.

I was referred here by a colleague of mine after I had a bad experience at another nail salon. I've been twice now with my daughter and our nails are absolutely beautiful!! They take their time, are super gentle, super friendly and give an overall relaxing experience. My daughter and I do the Dipping Powder and it lasts for weeks! So impressed with this place! I can't wait to go back!

I've been checking out a handful of salons in the area to pick out a new regular spot, and Nail Masters did not disappoint! I came in as a walk-in on what turned out to be a busy Saturday morning. They did a good job of prioritizing pre-scheduled appointments without leaving me to wait for a crazy amount of time.
The manicurist I worked with had great attention to detail, and made sure I had the perfect colour before getting to work on my shellac mani. I might be inclined to drop .5 of a star just because it was a tad more expensive than other spots I've visited and for what it was

I had a Fill and Shellac Mani done by Michelle here and was very impressed with her attention to detail! I've always been one who's picky so I have anxiety every time I have a new person do my nails but I live right next to the town center and don't wish to travel far just for a freakin fill! I mean how hard can it be?!
I've only had one experience here and only with Michelle but based off the experience I highly recommend her.

You know how there are some salons where they still make you wait even though you made an appointment? Yeah, this place isn't like that. They seat you as soon as you walk in when you have an appointment.
The lady I had was very nice and gentle. She wasn't rough trying to grab my hand and she wasn't rude when she was giving me direction. She was also very considerate of my wishes about not cutting my cuticles.

I don't ever leave reviews especially for nail salons but I had to for this place because they were over the top amazing! They were meticulous with my manicure, gentle, and all the employees were so kind! Usually there is always one or two things that aren't always right at any nail salon but everything was perfect. They're very clean too!
They also have waxed my eyebrows a few times and they always turn out perfect!
This place will always be my go-to for nails! Very reasonably priced too! For a manicure with shellac, eyebrow and lip wax it was only $48! Such an amazing deal!

Came here earlier this evening with a friend for pedicures. Their power had just gone out because it was so windy outside, but they took us in, as long as we were ok with not having light.
The ladies did an amazing job, considering they had to work in the dark! They were patient, sociable, and took their time. The salon is clean, and their color selection is abundant. It was also super easy to book an appointment over the phone the day before.
Also, no power = no functioning cash registers. My friend and I only had $41 in cash with us, and the pedicures were $44. The lady was willing to take
