Services
Dr. Kevin Coughlin received his dental degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and his bachelor's degree from Springfield College. He also holds an MBA from Western New England University. In addition to having taught and lectured at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Coughlin is also on the staff at Noble Hospital and is a licensed esthetician, LE.
An oral examination is a visual inspection of the mouth, head, and neck, performed to detect abnormalities. Radiographs allow for a more complete examination, helping the doctor to detect cavities, problems in existing dental restorations, gum and bone recession or other abnormal conditions within the mouth, head and neck area.

I started having radiating pain in my upper jaw yesterday, called ADC and got a 7:30am appointment today. Thank you Dr. Shah and Sarah for taking such good care of me. I have a temporary crown and in 2 weeks, will get the permanent crown. If no further pain during the 2 weeks, a root canal will not be needed. They are there if I need them with even Saturday appointments and do excellent work!

I went back to see Dr. Coughlin since he sold his previous practice. I’ve been going to him for 20 years. He is so nice and personable, he remembers you as a patient and takes the time to explain everything and answers all your questions as does his staff. Today after a root canal he called me personally at 7:30pm to see how I was doing. That quality of service and care is extremely rare in this day in age. Though his office may be a bit out of the way for me it was well worth the switch, no question.

We've had nothing but poor service with this practice. I've left 4 messages for the office manager after receiving a voice mail that she wanted to speak with us about an issue we had at the office. no calls back ever. We were grossly misquoted on the consultation fee for my son's braces and I received 2 rude voice messages from the office. My other son was advised by his orthodontist that he needs dental surgery for a severe cavity the the office never found. we arent pleased and wont be going back.
