I worked with Mark DeChance for my refinance and he was great! I am a veteran and he made my VA loan refinance so easy!!! He was available to answer all of my questions, kept me posted every step of the way as to where we were at in the process and walked me through all of the documentation that was needed, where I could locate it and how to submit everything. We had a fabulous experience doing a refinance with Mark DeChance. I have done many refinances over the past 20 years and this was by far one of the smoothest ones I have ever had.
