The fact that you want to resolve this is admirable, though I find it hard to believe based on your past actions. A person who is truly sorry tries to right the wrong. If you are unwilling to do that, you're "sorry" means nothing. To resolve this matter we need a freezer in good working order. You have already stated that you are not coming back to fix it. And you refuse to answer any form of communication unless it is negative. You tell me how to resolve it when you won't fix the unit or have any sort of communication with us.

Made appointment last week to have my AC unit checked, was bumped from that appointment and told they couldn't come Friday. I didn't call them back on Monday to make a new appointment. I then received a text Monday morning saying the service guy was on his way. I called the office to tell the secretary I wasn't home but could be home in 30 mins. I never made an appointment for Monday....I wasn't impressed with what had happened, but agreed to let them come out. I should have listened to my intuition.
