Bashful Bob's started in 1973 in Southern Oregon as a custom home builder, later relocating in the Willamette Valley in 1976. The business has transitioned over time to focus on the window and door replacement and the supply aspect of the construction market. In 2009, Bashful Bob's made organizational changes and formed what is now known as Bashful Bob's, Inc.

I manage a non-profit organization and we had a problem with a heavy-duty commercial door that I had assumed was going to be difficult and expensive to repair. Bob surprised me when he came out, expertly explained what was causing the issue and helped me fix it on the spot! He treated me like a king and wouldn't even let me pay him for his trouble. Very pleased with our new windows from bashful Bob’s not only did Jim come out and measure everything and explain all the options to us he also worked with our schedule and was able to have them installed earlier than originally scheduled , he also handled all the rebate work for us through energy program I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality, friendly knowledgeable service Great people to work with.

Stopped bye the store for window parts. These were supposedly parts that were not readily available. Not only did they have the parts in stock for a great price, but one of the salespersons took the time to show me how to install the parts. He did this with one of the showroom window displays. He also warned me about the pitfalls and ways to avoid injuries and problems. Not only will I go back for any window parts, and new. But they have doors and hardware too. You would be crazy to go anywhere else. Thank you Bashful Bob's. You guys are the definition of customer service.

They've replaced numerous windows and doors for us over the years and we've always been impressed by their service and attention to detail. When I mentioned on the phone that the scheduled time for work on our door was during my child's naptime, they came with a quieter drill so they wouldn't wake her. Very thoughtful! I'll work with them again when the need comes up.
