Randall's negligence in the performance of bookkeeping services for our business caused us direct damages of $2,530 in incremental accounting expenses, as well as significant costs from lost time and productivity, reputational damage, etc. We offered to resolve this situation for the $2,530 in direct damages incurred (much less than we have paid Randall for his poor work), but he refused to stand behind his work. We are truly disappointed and would avoid this firm and Randall in the future.
