Amy is a very kind person with a lot of creative ideas, and we really appreciated that she included rental wedding party bouquet vases and a toss bouquet free of charge - however we had an overall disappointing experience with Flora Etc. It was incredibly difficult to schedule an additional meeting after our initial consult. We were told several times over the course of 5 months that Amy was out of the office but would get back to us the next business day, and we never ended up hearing from her. Eventually she reached out from a new email address to get us on her schedule at a time that was convenient

Flowers were beautiful but we were charged $200 for delivery and set up but no set up was done. Our flowers were dropped off and we were told they didn't have time to complete setup. An event planner at our venue spent 2 hours setting up and the Float Etc owner refused to refund any money for her incomplete work. I also paid the event planner for bailing us out. Be careful with prepay.

Amazing customer service - so incredibly helpful!
I was able to talk to the designer to give a little insight into what I was looking for, and told her to take it from there as I was already so impressed by the photos on their website.
I called a bit last minute and didn't even know exactly where I needed to send the flowers, but they were able to help me out with that and took care of everything! (and the delivery fee was much less than I expected)

I haven’t even ordered my flowers yet but I felt compelled to express how lovely and professional the staff are here. I came in for a wedding consultation with Amy and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping me visualize my dream wedding. She was constantly pulling items and flowers and putting together arrangements for me to see and was an EXCELLENT resource for knowledge regarding how to make a dull room come alive with floral. I was blown away and could have stayed and talked/brainstormed with her for hours! I don’t have my pricing yet so I can’t review that - but I’m praying it’s within

In selecting flowers for my mother's funeral I needed something to go around her very unique urn. I went where she went 14 years ago for my dad's funeral flowers. Let's just call this chain store B. I was so disappointed that the selection hadn't changed in 14 years and annoyed with the unenthusiastic help. I left without this important piece.
