On your first visit, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your treatment so that we can get you checked in and familiarize you with our spa. In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your treatment time if you are late for your appointment. The normal fee for treatment will remain the same.

A late arrival may require a reduced appointment time, at scheduled price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: All will agree, time is our most valuable asset.

Very welcoming environment, the staff is always very nice especially the receptionist! I love how he always welcomes me in the building by saying my name and Alexia has always made me feel very comfortable when getting waxes. They do a very good job with making personal connections every visit. 10/10 would recommend.

Had an initial consultation a few weeks ago with Alexia ! Was very excited to set up an appointment for dermaplaning with her! Had that appt tonight and absolutely loved it!! Alexia made me feel relaxed and pampered and did a great job with my face! It feels so smooth and refreshed!! I definitely would recommend booking a service here, you won’t regret it! I will definitely be going back again, and when I do, I plan to book all of my future services with Alexia!!

My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed our time at the spa. We both got a massage and a hydrotherapy session and left walking on clouds. Relaxing and invigorating at the same time. Eric was very helpful and welcoming and Jozette was friendly and an excellent massage therapist. Will definitely return and strongly recommend to friends!

Wonderful experience from booking to massage! Eric was incredibly helpful during booking and welcoming upon our arrival. I surprised my mom with a massage for her birthday and we were able to have our massages together which was very nice and thoughtful of the staff. Laurie and Tiffany were welcoming, professional and did an amazing job! The spa atmosphere was very relaxing. We were both very happy with our massages and it was a perfect way to start our weekend trip to nearby Brown County, IN!

First time here and it was fabulous! I will definitely be coming back. First time going to a new place for waxing in over 10 years (I moved from Seattle to Bloomington) and I was extremely worried. Everyone was so kind, and I had a really good experience. Makenzie was so kind and did an absolutely lovely job on my eyebrows

Lisa was wonderful! They got me in last-minute for 45 minute, full body massage. Scheduled and hour and a half for three weeks later with the same girl. She worked some knots out and even did a scalp and face massage to finish it off! 45 minutes was $62 (pretty standard) for a medium pressure massage, and it's only $105 for 90 minutes! You get 10% off if you schedule something once a month! Not to mention the place is really cute inside too and the receptionist was really helpful and friendly

I have been going to Tranquility Vibe Day Spa for some cryotherapy sessions followed by the hydro-massage table. The cryotherapy gives me relief from inflammation pain for a couple of days. Such a unique experience. The time in the cold goes by quick, and the equipment is state of the art. The hydro-massage table warms me right up afterward. Great combo!

This spa is wonderful!! From the second I walked in I felt relaxed and the front desk staff were so kind and helpful. I got a brazilian wax with Donna. She was very personable and got the wax done quickly and with the least amount of pain possible. She did great on filling me in about what she was doing so I wasn't worried. The pricing is a little higher than other places in Bloomington, but they do offer a 10% discount if you schedule your next wax I believe 4-5 weeks out from your initial appointment. Overall, the price is worth it for the amazing staff and location!

Not as good as I expected. The facility itself was just ok in my opinion (this was in their old location on College Mall Rd so the new one may be better) but the person I had made me feel uncomfortable. I chose a mud wrap and she just gave me a weird vibe that I"m sorry I can't explain so I felt like I was inconveniencing her the whole time. Shower way too far from mud wrap room so that was not good and bath/shower area no great shakes. Altogether I really wondered why I bothered as it was not at all a special, relaxing, or pampering experience

Just walking into the entrance you start to feel calm, the waterfall, the greenery are all preparing you for a relaxing experience like no other.
You check in and are immediately taken to the room or you go to a central waiting area that is closed from the rest of the spa. There is tea, water and magazines to keep you occupied but we were only there a minute or two before being taken to the infrared sauna room. There we were given water and towels, a run down of how everything works and we were ready to go.

I am very glad I chose Tranquil Vibe Day Spa. I was looking for waxing services in Bloomington and came across their page here on Yelp. The salon space itself very nice and relaxing. I was at ease the entire time and never felt rushed or uncomfortable. The receptionist was very welcoming, and Taylor, my esthetician, was very professional and kind. Taylor walked me through what she was going to do step by step and provided me with tips for at home care. Would highly recommend to a friend!
