My daughter called me crying after she walked out of this place! They did a horrible job. Nails were supposed to be coffin shape. All her nails are different shapes and lengths. They also charged her $8 for two messy hearts. A total of $56 on a horrible set of gel nails. Sad that they took advantage of a teenager and over charged.

So the ladies are nice but I came for foot dip and pedicure. I noticed the lady accidentally trimmed more than she was suppose to when I told her I wanted natural looking dip than bulky . I was hoping she understood and fixed it but didn’t. First time there but them once I got home I saw another tear drop looking clear coat on left thumb . Bad experience. Not happy at all with my dip experience

I get the same thing every time I get my nails done. Same length, style, everything. They’ve charged me 45 dollars on 3 different occasions, and the last time I went they tried to charge me 60 dollars. I was only prepared to pay 45 like every other visit, and got embarrassed in the salon by 3 different ladies. They argued with me and put up a fight. So I just gave up because it wasn’t worth the hassle or embarrassment…
Even the manager, JUDY did my nails charging 45. But when I brought it up she pretended to remember.
This is why I can’t stand a lot of nail salons. They can just spit

Update to review : 4 days after nails done and see the picture added.
Terrible service. Using cuticle clippers that are not sanitized. Technician starts texting another client while I am sitting with half of my nails done. I asked if I should leave and come back when she was done on the phone and she said no that she just had to let her other client know how much she needed to pay for the service. Meanwhile the client that she is working on is sitting in front of her and waiting. When she finished, there was so much product under my nail bed and my nail she used a drill to try and remove it

The salon is very nice and always busy so I decided to make an appointment. On three separate occasions, I made an appointment and they started 15-20 minutes late each time. The techs are all experienced and do a good job but they are slower with dip removal and new set than other salons I've visited. Since I like to be in and out in about an hour, I will not be going back. First two visits took 1.5 hours and third visit took two hours with wait time.

I have been coming to LV Nails since the first time I made an appt (about a year ago). I've had different nail artists but have recently been making appts. with Henry. Everyone is always super nice and always on time. During this pandemic, I feel very safe with the measures they have implemented. This is also a very clean salon and it is easy to make an appt. Looking forward to my next visit!

The place was nice and everyone else seemed to love it... but I was really disappointed. The dip nails turned out awful and chunky. I had to ask the male tech to trim my cuticles, he laughed then charged me an extra $5 to do so with the manicure. The shape was horrible. I had to reshape them myself when I got home. He did not touch the cuticles on my toes so the pedicure looks awful. I won't be coming back here... I prefer perfect nails in Bedford

Went there a couple days ago waited almost 10 min signed in Not ONE Greet or acknowledgment. Terrible they can Never be too busy to say something. They weren't that busy. No point in having such a fancy upgraded place if the lack of service won't make new customers. Never In all my life had i been ignored at a Nail place. No Excuse to not greet. That was very unusual. Walked out went to Nails Spa 88 about 3 min down the road from this place. I got taken care of right away.

Always love coming here! Every time I go to a different nail salon, I always regret not coming to this one because the staff is literally the friendliest. Each nail tech that has done my nails always takes their time and never makes me feel like my nails are being rushed. I appreciate everyone that works here!

This is the most consistent nail salon I've came across in the metroplex...even when you get a different nail tech. Everyone is very detail-oriented. They take their time and do it right. I never have any complaints, and I am very picky when it comes to my nails.
My two favorites to get here are the Dip and the pedi's. The Dip never peels up, and the pedicures are very relaxing.
I suggest you give this place a try! The prices are decent and the customer service is excellent!

A nicer interior nail spa than others I've been to in the immediate area and the prices are reasonable for a pedicure ranging I think 30+ depending on what you would want. I did one of the more basic with a few extras and the paint on my toenails have stayed really well these two weeks I've had them. I did a color change on my hands, not a manicure, but due to the shortness I keep my nails it wasn't as neat and didn't last as long so I ended up cleaning them off not long after the event I needed my nails painted for. I love this place! I go once a month and get exceptional service from Judy and Lanie! Everyone is always so friendly and nice when I go in. Prices are so reasonable. I get dipped nails and always love them! They both did such a good job. I even broke a nail one time and they fixed it for me for free!! I highly recommend this place!! 👍👍 LOVE THEM

I had a great experience here, I went in not really knowing what I wanted and Judy helped me pick a color that was perfect for me, and she was very patient in showing me different options. She was very kind and for the first time ever my nails were not sore after having them done. She was very professional and would ask if what tools she was using were hurting me at all, and that was very nice. I'm definitely going back for Judy. The only downside is that the inside is not very bright, it fees kind of dark and outdated. Over all Judy was great, and they had tons of options. Going back in 3
