These people are not on the same page at all. I gave my routing number when I handed my tax documents in to be done. When I picked up and paid I was told it would be direct deposited. When I called to check the girl said it's on the 2nd page of your documents. When I checked the checking account information it was X'ed out so now I have to wait for a check. The girl is miserable any time you call them and is completely unprofessional. Lets hope they even sent it into the IRS. Highly doubtful.

I was referred to Klick Financial Services by my supervisor, and I am glad to have found them. As a new PA resident, I knew my taxes were going to be rather expensive as I had to file for two states. I turned all of my tax forms in as early as I could (mid February) and they were done in less than one week, and I had my refunds back shortly thereafter. I was told one price when I inquired while dropping my taxes off, and I paid that same price when I picked them up. I would highly recommend for quick turnaround and fair prices.

I want to apologize for my previous review. Although I still stand firm on my decision to take my business elsewhere, I posted that review out of frustration. I am sorry. I felt that I was treated like just another number and there was no effort to individual care or consideration. After 7 years where this agency was operating out of their home… and I had to this day remained a loyal customer. Thankfully today I was able to get better results through another financial agency and I will be able to help my family as needed. Keep your offer, Im satisfied with my decision and new agency.

Very unprofessional and terrible communication. I went here to file my taxes and he did my federal and state taxes, charged me a 100$, never did my local taxes and he told me to do my local taxes myself because he was frustrated with the fact that I would call once a week to find out when I could pick up my 2019 pay voucher and my city taxes whick took 3 weeks and he never did them. Terrible service! Now I have to go else where, to do my local taxes.

All I wanted to do was a simple notary transaction and the treatment I got in return was simply disgusting. I do not need a lesson in law from a person who can barely speak English, and to speak with someone else would be pointless according to her ...she is the main person in charge and her husband Senor Klick will do whatever she states. Reported because the notary transaction was not lawful and she is misrepresenting the law when she behaves that way . I will never support such a farce again, and I would certainly avoid this business if you want professional service and legal proficiency.
