Your roof may not be the most appealing part of your home but, it may not be time to replace it. LCS roof cleanings can give your roof a fresh look and add years to its life. However, just because your light-colored roof is now streaked with solid black or has moss growing on it does not mean that you need a new roof.
You do not have to be home at the time of the appointment, but we do expect payment within 24 hours of service being completed. We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) at no additional cost unless the price is above $1,000. Credit cards can be processed online when the office emails the invoice or over the phone.
