Sam's Shine Shop has made us loyal customers! We have a lifted F350 that was pretty dang dirty. We have taken it to other shops before and paid way more $$$ and they don't even come close the the amazing job that Sam did! I told him he didn't need to bother with shampooing the carpet because we have done it before and the stains have never came out.

My car had been sitting for a few years and was extremely dirty and gross, inside and out.
They are very prompt and timely in their service, price is very comparable and well it. Great detail was taken on both the inside and out. Have already taken another car to them for detailing. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing their car detailed.

Sam and his employees are amazing! I spoke with Sam personally on a Friday, made an appointment for the following Tuesday. (Sam was kind enough to let me drop it off early so he could park it inside.) I was quoted a reasonable price - my car had sat outside for over a year and had interior and exterior dirt that I was unable to clean myself. When I picked it up, Sam’s bill was much less than the quote.
Above and beyond what I expected. I had no idea my 10 year old car would look brand new when I picked it up 24 hours later.

Came highly recommended. The detailing was good, not great. They charged me $320+ to detail my Acura. They stole all the change out of my car. They also stole a pair of diamond earrings.
After quite a few conversations with Sam, the owner, gave me his word that he would “ make it right”, but he did not follow through. So today I filed a police report at the MVPD.

4/24/2019 - I came in today to get an estimate for a detail on my SUV. Word of warning: there's an unfriendly black chihuahua running around loose in this shop that bites. I was standing by the office counter waiting for Sam to hand me his business card when his dog bit me. This bite broke skin and bled. Sam said I got too close to his dog's food. He said he doesn't usually do that. I wasn't even doing anything but just standing there, albeit, I was oblivious of my proximity to the dog's food. Instead of apologizing for the injury, he defended his dog. I would have let it go if I would have gotten

BEWARE!! They quoted me a price to detail my car, and upon pickup they asked for $25 more. They wouldn't accept anything but cash and refused to provide a receipt. Additionally, they knocked off one of my emblems with the buffer, and didn't tell me, nor reattach it. I found it in the trunk in the weatherstripping channel. They also melted my tail light when using the buffer, which they didn't mention. I have had cars detailed at other shops, and they didn't damage my vehicle, and were less expensive. Those places also did a more thorough job on the interior. Avoid this place at all costs.
