Customer service has come along way in the past year! Items need to be inspected better but can only do so much because people go down and mess with the items and love to break stuff thats not theirs. So just double inspect your items after purchase if you don't get there the day after auction I would guarantee someone will mess with it and most likely tyou will have a broken item. My last 3 purchases all had major issues!

Fun to go look at some of the things on the auction that you might be interested in. People are friendly, but beware of purchases: there are many many fees ranging up to 18% so read the fine print. Sale price isn't the price you pay. Caveat emptor: most things on the weekly auction are repossessed and not well maintained, or local turn ins to get out of a vehicle that needs a lot of work.

Very unprofessional, did a real estate auction in my area and left their signs nailed to poles and signs on property for others to clean up. I emailed the company about the matter and didn't get a reply. Hard to believe they could make tens of thousands in commissions in one night and never clean up.

Annoying to have a clearly winning bid for 30 minutes only to have the auction extended by 30 minutes to lose the auction. Also absurd for them to charge a buyer's premium and a seller's fee. Double dipping on everything.
