The Great Depression of the early 1930's, made life in Western New York and across America a real challenge. That is when our founder, Quincy Petrella, started what would become today's Petrella Agency in a downtown Buffalo office location. His vision in founding the agency was to offer financial security to Western New Yorkers by means of insurance for their families, automobiles, homes and possessions, and their businesses.
The agency grew in those early days through Quincy's persistence, hard work and dedication to always serving his customers with personal attention in a professional manner. As the decades passed, his sons Donald and Arthur joined the agency following their military service in World War II. Together, with their father, they continued growing the agency to become one of the regions most respected and reliable insurance agencies.
