After almost a year and a half of going there, I am appalled with the service that I received. When I initially came there, I was very sick mentally and physically after battling with a terrible string of illnesses. I went with my mother and she helped me enroll. Because of that, I guess I didn't read the paperwork well enough to know that you are locked in to the contract until you formally unsubscribe. Dr. Moss is a fantastic professional. I've been a patient for a few years now and what I love about her the most is that she listens to me! She doesn't just offer a prescription for every problem.
And what other Primary Care Doctor can you go to that also offers beauty services such as botox, fillers, and laser treatments? I love this because I get to feel good on the inside and out! So far I've had my botox done by her many times and she really knows what she's doing. When I tried other Doctors they would always make my eyebrows drop. She has mastered my face!

The receptionist is very rude, after taking two days to get back to me to schedule an appointment, she had a problem with me saying I had decided to go with another office because they scheduled me immediately and rudely interrupted me as I was speaking and said “okay bye”.
Understand that there are SEVERAL doctors within a mile radius of people nowadays, therefore several options and with much better office staff. First impression is everything and unfortunately this receptionist ruined it for any future business.

I have been seeing Dr. Moss for almost 4 years now . I don't even know where to start with this review because there is so many good things about her and her office . First of all you are always given her full attention.. no rushing or long waits. It is her and her two Nurse practitioners , so you never see an unfamiliar face at your visits (I love that). You can tell she truly cares and takes her time and REALLY listens when you see her . What I love is she also does female exams so no seeing a separate Doctor for that !!! I am comfortable with her and she always puts my nerves at ease.

Dr. Moss is open minded to alternative & Eastern medicine. She is working with my acupuncturist to help me maintain optimal health. She is friendly, caring & available. I like being able to message her with questions. Even though the monthly payments are above & beyond my health insurance, the cost is reasonable. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Moss took time to listen to all of my concerns, and had insightful suggestions into what actions to take to address all my issues. I was very comfortable talking to her. It was so much better than the ten minute assessment and lack of attention I am used to from every other doctor I've seen in the past.
