The girl I had would not give me the hair I wanted because it would involve bleaching in which I told her I knew it could damage my hair but I still wanted it. She still didn't give me what I wanted instead she showed me strands that were supposed to look very similar just a little a darker. That being said it came out way too dark so much that you barely see that it was dyed unless in direct sunlight and has been washing out really quickly(less than a week). Not only that but she charged almost 3 times what I was told it was going to be. Worst experience ever I will not be going here again.

I had a appointment with Erin today I had previously gotten my roots done and they were not done right and left a orange tone/band were they were bleached since I am a all over blonde. I told Erin what happened and what I was looking for and she came through 100%. She listened to my needs and wants and went above and beyond and my husband said this was the best my hair has ever look since we have gotten married three years ago. I was offered a drink and had great conversation with her and her assistant who was the sweetest girl. I wish I would have found this salon when I first moved here. Everyone

I have a stack haircut and went to see Jess A to have it shaped up. She was very nice and when she showed me the back of my hair in a mirror I thought it looked fine. The next day when I went to fix it myself, I realized what a horrible job that she did. My hair was so chopped up. I had to go pay another salon to try to fix it. The stylist who tried to make my hair look decent was in shock at the horrible way that my hair had been cut. There was no blending and I had chunks taken out in odd places. It is going to take months to get my hair back to the way I want it. I will never return to this

WORST hair experience ever!! I went in to get a simple hair cut, she washed my hair and cut it although she got the length I wanted right it was uneven and she didn't give me any layers like I had asked for (which I asked for a three inch difference) she said she was making them subtle but they were non existent. I saw this when I had gotten home and went back later that day to have them fix it. She rudely said nothing was wrong with it and gave me to another girl who left it choppy and uneven, not even touching the hair around my face. I left because I didn't want them touching my hair
