Now I understand what an INSURANCE BROKER is! Or perhaps I should say... WHO he is! Maybe if you already work with him you understand what "next level" means. Or maybe if you don't think you need an insurance broker, you probably also don't need $1000. Know anyone like that? Me either. Why do i say $1000? Because $1000 is almost exactly the amount Michael was able to cut off the cost of my most recent homeowner's insurance policy.
Normally prices go up when you're an investor and you rent out your home to someone else. It makes sense right? Why then did my coverage improve greatly for two tenants
