Very disappointed. First, in the midst of a global pandemic and clear guidelines to wear masks and social distance, the moment I walked in, none of the staff and 90% of the patrons were not wearing masks or distancing. My family was wearing masks which the store clerk did not even take into consideration, though she was nice, walked directly up to us and into our space without a mask to see if we needed help. Don't waste your time or money driving out to this place. Horrible customer service. Yep, they can order whatever you want but you won't get it for 4 months. If you have a saddle that needs repaired that will take at least 3 months and trust me you don't want them to touch your trailer. If your life or your horses life means anything to you don't take your trailer to these guys.
