This was my first time getting lip fillers and I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Ben was so personable and talked me through the entire process. He did such an amazing job, I’m so impressed. I know if I want to get them done again, he will be the person I go to. Everyone that worked there was so friendly. Definitely a 10/10 experience and worth a try!

I came in, looking for a refresh of my skin. I know I eventually want fillers, but I’m just not quite ready, mentally , and Kahley didn’t pressure me at all, (even though there are a few obvious creases that really could use it!)
At my skin consultation, we were both on the same page, and we decided to do a little bit of microdermabrasion. She was personable and made me feel at ease. The results are amazing, so far, and I really feel that keeping up with this practice will improve the appearance of my skin. Sam fixed a few problems that I had from a previous injector, and totally made me love features that I had tried to hide. She is by far the only person that I trust with fillers and Botox in my face, and I would follow her anywhere. She is the most talented, and knowledgeable PA-C that I have ever met, and she is worth her weight in gold.

I loved everything about my experience at Monroe Med Spa! I wanted to start using medical grade skin care and get facials by someone who uses the products during the treatment ... enter Kahley! She has so much knowledge on skin care and the line and can explain everything she is doing and what it does for the skin. She also uses the products and knows the best ways to get you set up on a skin care routine. Where do I even begin?? I’ve been contemplating some sort of cosmetic procedure for awhile now… I did research and chickened out a couple times but I’m so stinking happy I ended up seeing Samantha!! #1 She is a bright and vibrant human, she made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. She is very knowledgeable explained/answered all my questions and is very down to earth. #2 the office was cute and clean but not gross and clinical looking (it was sterile and clean all the ways a med spa is supposed to be). I ended up getting Botox to help get rid of some furrow lines

Samantha is the best! I was taken back promptly and she explained everything to me before she did any type of injection. Very detailed consultation. Procedures were great with very little discomfort and I felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Sam is absolutely amazing! I’m super sensitive to pain and she made sure I didn’t feel a thing when I got my injections! She also made sure my injections were perfect before we finished and she even took extra time with me to put me at ease! Kaylee also made herself available to answer any questions I had about my skin, she was super helpful! I will definitely be going back to see both of them!! Hands down the best customer care I’ve ever experienced!

My personal experience was amazing! The online booking was easy and convenient 👍🏼When I arrived everything was clean, cozy, organized, overall a beautiful space! I made an appointment with Sam and she was THE BEST💕 I was immediately comfortable with her as she really took the time to explain everything and was extremely real with me!
