We boast zero unpronounceable ingredients (as soon as you learn to say "Aai" that is), and dish out truckloads of fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, n' grains. Everything we make is conceived with love and care. We do our best to use the highest quality ingredients, from local farms when available, and organic whenever possible.

Love it here! I can always find something for a birthday or Father's Day gift for my husband, running shoes for the family, fall boots, and a special treat for myself when the new season's stock comes in. Love the Prana and Patagonia selections in particular. We are so lucky to have Nature's Closet in our little town!

Awesome woman owned store with an amazing selection of quality clothing and footwear. All the best brands including Patagonia. Great selection and personal service. Can order things if not in stock. Friendly and courteous employees that people just come by and say hi to because they are so nice. A smoothie shop is part of the store. A real gem in Williamstown!

Horrible customer service experience this summer. Bought almost 500 dollars worth of shoes there. One pair was a lovely pair of leather Taos sandals. I was on a walk and they received a light sprinkling of rain which left tiny dots of rain stains everywhere. They never disappeared. Returned to store and they held on to them so they could reach their rep. I had to leave as was vacationing in Williamstown when this happened. They kept shoes with them and never offered a resolution. Fast forward to September I called them and left a long message. No one returned our call. I had to ask a family member

As a clothing store, this place is overpriced and has a pretty narrow selection. It gauges the high demand and low supply for clothes near Williams college. Nevertheless, it makes excellent smoothies that can be purchased for a relatively fair price and which are a much healthier option (depending on how you order them) compared to most other foods available on Spring Street.

Very helpful sales staff. Assisted my wife in getting some new hiking gear. Made recommendations based on her wants and needs and not on what was most expensive. I was here two years ago as well and bought some Patagonia gear that I haven't yet managed to destroy. They have a consignment section too so they're not just catering to people with money to burn. It's a 40 minute drive for me to get here but I'll definitely go there over any area sporting goods stores for that type of thing. Worth the trip.
