Designed in the rustic tradition of the Mountainous area that it represents, our rooms have new paint, carpet, drapes, bedspreads, lampshades, curtains and rods. All of our rooms are air conditioned and have refrigerators, microwaves, telephones and cable tv.
Our motel is situated only 12 miles from the famous, old western town of Lincoln which was the site of the famous, Lincoln County War, Billy the Kid's last escape and a stone's throw from historic White Oaks, an old mining town with historical significance to Southeastern New Mexico' early development.We are within 30 minutes of everything interesting to do in Lincoln County.

We are located on Highway 380 only 12 miles from the old town of Lincoln, NM, where the location of the Lincoln County War and the last excape of the infamous Billy the Kid took place.

(may 2019) Very pleasant and friendly owner's.
Clean comfortable room, fitting for the area.. near historic western town.
I enjoyed the stay and would revisit any time I'm in the area.
(August 2019- Revisit) ..it's been a little over four months and I found myself coming back through the area from Arizona to Texas. stopped here for the night once more ,in a different room. I find this place very comfortable and interesting, the family running the business are extremely pleasant and friendly. As far as cleanliness, each of the rooms were found to be very well kept and clean, I have no complaints

As a traveling sales person in New Mexico and West Texas for 7 years this is by far my favorite place to stay. The staff/manager/owner are all very friendly and the rooms are extremely clean and affordable. I love the southwest Smokey the Bear Decor, I feel like I'm on vacation instead of working. I have stayed in many of the rooms and they are all very nice. I LOVE this place!
