I will Try not to make this too long, We met Jotham may 20th and closed June 25th. We had given him a laundry list of reservations and things we were looking for. Then told him I wanted to be in my house for my daughter’s birthday July 1. He provided clear instructions through the process and was completely transparent about risks and expectations. I can’t express in words how grateful I am for Jotham and his team. Considering my experience lasted 35 days from initial meeting to closing on my 🏡 home, he comes with the highest recommendation!
