Michael D. Higgins
When I was a boy growing up in Tennessee, I never thought I would be in the career I have now. I grew up hunting and fishing with my dad and my brothers and spent many hours reading books about Native Americans. After I enlisted and was sent to Vietnam, I was stationed at Davis Montham Air Force Base here in Tucson and opened my gallery in 1972.

Over the years I have developed a fine network of friends, dealers and collectors who help me find wonderful things. So please browse my collection and I hope you might find a valuable addition to your own. I offer an appraisal service for older (pre 1945) American Indian items, Pre-Columbian Art, Mexican Antiques and Spanish Colonial items, early Western and Mexican Paintings and all other art mediums.

I purchased a lovely Navajo bracelet for my sisters birthday. She cherishes it. The Higgins family was so easy to work with and provided insights and options within my budget. I found their website easy to use and the experience in the gallery was amazing. I highly recommend them. They are honest, knowledgable and have really unique inventory! Great Tucson gem.

The movie was too long, but spot on, particularly with the fencing and the current President
the old labels, carpets, rugs, etc. .
I'll be back, if you have a mailing list or email info include me

Michael has an exceptional eye for fine and unusual Native American art. I highly recommend him and feel one can "rest easy" working with his gallery. I have purchased some really fine pieces from him that I was unable to find anywhere else.

Michael Higgins is a great educator and has some of the most impressive pieces I have ever seen. His small, unassuming gallery makes most museum collections look like a joke. Highly recommend
