Services
A marital dissolution proceeding will ultimately result in a "Judgment"" entered by the court. The judgment sets forth orders which resolve the issue of your case. Usually, issues in the Judgement include child custody, visitation, support, and division of assets and debts. A judgment can be obtained by "default" if the "respondent" after service does not respond to the Petition.

If you're looking for a divorce or family law attorney, GERARD IS YOUR MAN! Words can not describe how HAPPY I am with Mr. Fierro I had my Child Support Hearing today. Mr. Fierro was there on time was so professional, extremely polite, smart, informative, and he explained every thing to me. I trusted the "reviews" I read, and additional research to only find out that more than half those reviews were not legit at all. I found out through my own experience in dealing with him, as well as research and evidence presented to me.
We agreed on a certain flat rate, and through the process he kept trying to be sneaky and charge me more and more. He was to edit and assist in writing my declaration, and in me trusting him to do so (for custody of my 2 yr old), he does not write
