Today as we cleaned my gas stovetop, some water got into the knob area which caused the burners to start clicking, like as if they were trying to light the gas even though it wasn't on. Mystified, because this had never happened before, I called Bob and told him my issue. On the phone he diagnosed the problem, told me that it would dry out in a couple days, or just unplug it to turn off the ignition switches and hand light it with a match until it dried out. I asked if I could use a blow dryer as I needed my stove right away, and he said it might work. It did! I'm back in business

I have used Bob from BD for about 6 years. I just called him to check my fridge which wasn't cooling anymore. He came over on today on time as usual. After a long checkup I got the honest truth. He recommended not to fix it. He said if he recharged the coolant in the fridge it would leak and be a waste of money. On the other hand the age of the unit didn't make it worth fixing the leak either. Even though his price was vary fair, we agreed that investing in a new fridge would be the best option. Can't thank him enough for being honest and saving me money.....even though I have to
