My husband signed a lease for $3000 a month last October for a home in Hammock Bay. I’ve reached out several times over the year for varies things but each time there is never a response. We had an emergency at our home in March with all fire alarms going off and no ladder tall enough to reach, and turn off. We called the emergency number on our contract thinking someone would call or come to help us. Again, no response. We ended up having to call the fire dept. to help us. They told us it had happened due to dead batteries! The next morning at 10:30 am. Susan finally called from the office.

Integrity is what the Mims Real Estate company has. As a property owner, the Mims does want is best for the property owns and the renters. Any negative reviews on the site are due to renters that want to take advantage of the system. They lack integrity and respect for other people’s property. I highly recommend the Mims, as a property manager, or if you are a renter.
