Luis is certified to install his high quality products and he stands by both his work and his products. He has protected my Tesla all around. I have had Louis do my tint on my vehicles for years. A Mercedes, a Maserati and recently my brand new model y. My wife got me a wrap for Xmas and I can't share how scared I was. Louis and team put me at ease by showing me a Tesla being wrapped , a Porsche and other cars. I was impressed. Took my Tesla Model Y to them the day after I took delivery. I had a PPF done on the front of the car including hood, fender, headlights, A pillar, and fog lights. I also had them PPF the rocker panels on the car. In addition to the PPF I tinted the front windshield, and all the sidewindows and the rear window. The shop was great they walked me through all of my tinting options for the car and explained to me what they were doing. They started on it quickly and had it finished in a couple of days. I dropped it off Wednesday morning and it was ready to pick up Friday before lunch.

I just had tinting and partial PPF done on a Model 3. Louie spent a lot of time explaining the different options and the pros and cons. The pricing was outstanding, and better than other nearby tint shops. I also saw some of the other vehicles there. I figured if people with really expensive cars trusted Luxury Image it was worth trying. The finished product was outstanding. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

I called Luxury Image today needing some mobile window tinting on my BMW x3. I spoke with Louie who runs the business. He was just so very pleasant, accommodating, and answered all my questions. Price was upfront and very reasonable...especially considering they come to your home! Within 2 hours of my call...he sent a sweet guy named Mike to repair my windows. I certainly did not expect service this quickly! My windows look amazing! My only regret is that I did not call them sooner...as I needed this work done over a year ago!! They are highly recommended...and I am happy to refer others to Luxury

Loui runs that business like a Swiss watch! The quality of their work is better than any shop I have taken a car to. I was very hesitant to buy another black car with black leather interior, but after he did such a killer installation with a drastic difference on my Grand Cherokee, I knew he was the one to get me set up properly with every piece of glass on my new Infiniti! It was such an improvement that a few days later my friend brought his 2016 A6 in for the same treatment. Any future work I need done, I'll be seeing him.

Luie tinted my car and I am very happy with the results. He was also very prompt in replying to my request for a quote and I felt the quote was fair based on the great results. Tint on my Honda is 4 years old and it still looks flawless. Most recently added a ceramic coating to my truck. Let's just say it looks better than when it came off the lot.

I got a new (used) car and the first thing I did was take it to Luie. I asked for 25% ceramic tint sides and rear, and ceramic paint coating. The ceramic paint protection takes a while, so I left the car overnight. The new shop is set up next to Enterprise rent a car, and Luie had already set me up with a reservation so I was ready to rent a car out. Super service!
I waited a few weeks for the tint to cure, but one of the windows was slightly bubbled. The other windows were perfect, just like my last car. I took it back to him and he redid it without hesitation, no charge. The new film has cured

Took my car in at 11am and was told it would be done by 5:00. Called them around 4 and they said it would be done by 6-7. Then got a call afterwards saying it would be done at 7:00. Got there at 7:00 and waited til 8:00 for it to be done. When I first arrived there was a young child receptionist and I asked her where her parents were and she said they were parking the cars. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to come from the back. While waiting for the car to be completed there was a group of people watching someone tint my car and when I finally went in to pay saw there was even more people inside

Luie and Gabe gave me a great experience here at Luxury Image in San Marcos. I was told they do a great job, and they did not disappoint! I took my car in to install new tint and a clear bra paint protection for the front end of my car. Luie went above and beyond with his customer service and professionalism. They really took care of me and made me feel that they had the best interest for me and my car. He did not rush me in and out, he advised me it would be more beneficial to leave the car there over night to dry properly since they installed a clear bra protection on the front end and he wanted

If you have never had your windows tinted or had a bad experience in the past, this is the place to go because they are different. I have only ever even gotten a quote for tint on one car many years ago and the experience was not great (from another shop). The first place didn't explain anything clearly they were pushy and not professional at all, I ended up leaving because I wasn't confident my car would look good and for sure was not paying the right price.

I had my car windows tinted by the guys at Luxury Image two weeks ago. This is the first time I’ve ever had tinted windows and I can’t believe how much heat it blocks on my afternoon commute. So today I took my wife’s new Tesla and had all the windows done. They used the best tint by 3M and the finished product is gorgeous. The quality of work was great and both car’s windows look great, block the heat, and reduce excess glare from other cars. I guess getting your windows tinted isn’t just about looks. Who knew?

I had an excellent experience at Luxury Image. Luie had a great phone greeting and offered fair pricing. I asked how long it would take for them to tint the windows (2-3 hrs) and to complete by the end of day was cutting it close. I asked if they could finish if I drove down asap (yes, let's make it happen)-- he also offered a lift back to work.
