A septic tank is often out of sight and out of mind.until it fails. Unless homeowners routinely service, maintain, and pump their septic system, a major septic issue is bound to arise-something that costs a whole lot of money, time, and stress. Well, for same reason you need your car serviced-except there is no red light to remind you.
You see, well maintained septic systems function longer and more efficiently; but when more severe issues do arise, it's important to determine whether a repair or replacement is necessary by calling the septic professionals. Second, if you notice strange signs like unusual odors in and around your home, this may indicate high solid levels or low bacteria levels due to neglectful maintenance on the system.
Suggested care and maintenance tips for your septic tank in Phoenix: Contrary to popular belief that your septic should never be pumped, this is the biggest misconception that most home owners make. Your system is like your car it needs to be serviced and maintained to perform like it should so you don't run into problems.
Septic tank and system maintenance service must be performed on interceptors regularly. The frequency of septic service will vary depending upon a wide variety of factors, beginning with type of business, volume of business, size of septic tank system, etc. Business owners should check with their local city, county and/or Arizona state agencies for requirements.

I recently bought a house with a septic tank for the first time. As this was all very new to me- I called Paradise Septic to have my septic tank pumped. When the tech arrived on-site he was very insightful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He explained how mine worked, red flags that anything may be wrong, and it was just all around a great experience. I will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you paradise septic!

Everyone I worked with was fantastic. The office staff went above and beyond to help me and kept me up to date through the entire process and there were no surprises. On both visits to the home they explained everything that was gonna be happening as well as educate me on how to maintain the septic properly going forward.
Other companies can take a lesson from them on customer service too!

My client's used them to pump and certify their septic for a sale. They came out and pumped and charges my clients over $1000.00 and told them their front baffle was broken and they would send a quote to fix it. They then sent a certificate that said the septic didn't work due to the baffle and a quote of $1505.00 to fix a front baffle. We had another company out and they fixed it for $500.00. I would not trust this company.

Used company to pump out septic tank. Tech was friendly, courteous, professional, and capable. Provided education on system. Pointed out concerns and suggested remedies. Price seemed a bit high, but worth the work. Will use again.
